Heaven help me, I'm about to buy a Glock!

I have no idea what's come over me. I put a Glock 19 on hold earlier today. The only reason I didn't pick it up was we have a one-in-30-days law in SC and I wasn't possitive my 30 days were up.

I sure hope my 1911s (along with all the other guns) don't revolt on me! :)

Take two pre-sellout Smith & Wesson revolvers, and call me in the morning. :)

Beware the man with the S&W .357 Mag.
Chances are he knows how to use it.

It won't hurt believe me  I just did the same thing last week :D Now the thing seems to be growing on me  I like it :D
Thought I would never own one  I may have to get another,I don't want this one to be all alone with those other guns in the safe :D
When you get it,Enjoy

Happy Shooting :)

I'm a student of small arms. I try to be familiar with shooting about anything. Everyone should know how to handle a Glock. You may or may not like it, but they are here to stay. I've owned two. I now own none.

Get your 1911s and AR15s while you still can!

You won't regret it, especially if you CC. Mine goes everywhere with me except the shower and where GA law prohibits. It's not the most accurate and it's a mere 9mm, but I can't think of anything I would rather have with me on a continual basis. Oh, and get some Glock preban hi-caps if it doesn't come with. Ideal all around defensive tool.

Hey Snakeshot, I carry my Glock in the shower too! ;)

You will be happy with your new Glock 19. It is an outstanding gun. I would buy at least one full capacity magazine while you still can, because the difference between 10 and 15 rounds is a lot!

Another GlockTalk and UGW member! He he he.

I know that you're going to miss tinkering, repairing, and accurizing those 1911s!

I'm afraid you're calling on the wrong divinity if you're buying a Glock... it won't be heaven answering your call; fess up, the devil made you do it, didn't he?

Repent before it's too late

Take the long way home...

Brothers annnd Sisters. I had a dream last night. John Browning and St. Peter were standing at the Golden Gates having a conversation that went something like this ...Don't worry John, we wouldn't think of prying their Glock's from their cold dead clammy hands. But they ain't getten in here with them. :p

Oh my god... They only let you buy one handgun per 30 days?...
I swear this country is going to hell in a handbasket...
Good purchase on the Glock 19.
I would SERIOUSLY consider moving out of a state that had such B.S. laws!
Here in Oregon we have an NICS system for gun purchases that is literally an INSTANT check, takes about 3 minutes for the call and a $10.00 charge, and you can go home that day with as many guns that day as your little heart desires... :) :) :)

SHOOT,COMMUNICATE AND MOVE OUT !

Git some, I'll stay in IN thank you. Show the license, fill out the 4473, walk out with the gun no checks intant or otherwise, and the license is only $25 every 4 years.
Eric
BTW welcome to TFL I don't think I've done that yet. Oh 1 other thing, don't let the older members fool you, you only have to buy a box of ammo for each member not a case.

Great choice! Shoot the crap out of it, never clean it, and bad mouth it everywhere you go and you will still at the very least get your money back out of it when and if you ever decide to sell it. You probobly wont. You will get disgusted that your other guns arent as easy to maintain and then, just to be sure THEY are wrong you will buy another in a different caliber or size. But dont worry, we will be here for you (especially if you want to sell it).
