Headed back to Alaska, What holster have you used with a 500 Smith?

I did a bit of research and this company has an incredible assortment of cool holsters and scabbards:

Their prices don't seem too terrible and they seem to have some kind of scabbard/holster/belt/bandoliers for everything you could dream up. BTW, I couldn't help myself with the ankle holster comment.
Here a a few pics of some bandoliers they have:

When out and about a big gun is a hassle, but IF a big and nasty critter shows up with a bad attitude you will wish you had a BIGGER GUN! You may be alone, and in Alaska alone is a long way!!! Eastcoasters who have never been have no idea how far a long way is in Alaska. Imagine the population of Pittsburgh put in the whole Northeast section of the lower 48, and most still living in Pittsburgh!

The hassle of finding a rig that works, and makes for quick access, which is needed if needed ... most encounters probably will be quick, and without warning. Again ... if you have never been in Alaska, you have no idea how open it is, and how far things are! Forget the TV shows, that is like kissing a blowup doll vs. Angelina Jolie comparing how it looks to how it feels to actually be there.

A quality holster is a big deal, and I appreciate all the good information so far!
