Forgive my ignorance on the subject, but when does the vote for confirmation occur? I'd like to write my senators on the subject, but I want to make sure my letter will get to their desks before confirmation, not afterward.
BAB - His hearings start next week. There are many "groups" pushing their way into this to stop the appointment. Washington will be full up. I wish they would have started it this week so as to not allow time for the mobilization.
It is a HOT item for the media - I'm sure that MSNBC/CNN and other majors will be covering every minute of it (from outside I think).
