Having a heck of a time with Hornady 30.06 sizer.

I had a Hornady New Dimension die, in .223, that I seemed to spend more time getting stuck cases out of than sizing cases, no matter what case lube I tried.

I solved that problem by going to Forster.

discovered a good sized burr on the shoulder portion of the sizer.

I hate it when that happens, burs are rough on my towel when I clean the die with the towel on the dowel.

I have two die sets in 30-06, one Lee and one RCBS. The sizing on both sets is a little stiff, (harder than .308, .223, 303, 7.62x54). I just make sure my cases are well lubed (mink oil boot dressing) and even if it is more difficult, my old Lee turret will handle them easily. I'm full length sizing for my Garand...
