Snub357,

Had to go check the safe and see if my M57 is still in there. ;)

One of my favs. and shoots like a dream.

Anyways, have really enjoyed this thread and looking at all this artwork.

I was born into a P08 home, so naturally I love them most:

But then I developed a sweet tooth for (Target) Masterpieces:

As far as Pythons go, I like to be contrarian, and prefer six-inch ones with patridge front sight (sorry, can't find a decent picture):

And you always have to wonder how the good people at Walther managed to make a pocket pistol so beautiful:

My fifth choice would be the Mauser 1896, but I don't have one... yet. The most purposeful looking gun in my book.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, & seems like some are just posting pics of guns they own...

however the Schofield has a nice classic look, & something that appeals to me more than most others... I always loved the classic Colt blue, but the revolvers them selves never did much more than any other revolver for me ( I know I'm in the minority here though )...always loved the Freedom Arms revolvers, but their looks don't do anything for me ( good thing they shoot better than they look... just my opinion ) props to ARROND for the classy pics of his S&W...

I have alot of revolvers ( this is the revolver forum, for all those that posted semi pics ;) ), love "most" but I guess my favorite "looking" ones are my lil S&W model 1.5 & my newer Ruger Vaquero Montado's that I use for CAS, & my custom Ruger birdshead snubbie... none of which are good pics ( guns look better in person )

Snub357, how'd I miss the 65LS? I guess because mine sports uglier (but effective) Pachs. Also Magnumwheelman, +1 on the Montado/Sheriff, I admire mine a lot, and your birdshead is great. My dream version of a beautiful birdshead would be a USFA Double Eagle. Alas, not mine.

I do like the case color, & the hammer shape / style is nice... mine is an EDC gun, so I was happy with the easy care polished stainless finish... nicest thing for the feel was the checkered buffalo horn grips... the plastic ones I started with just had no soul... now the gun has "that feel" in the hand
