Handgun photos - some more #1...>

Fantastic job Doogle. Beautiful pics. of beautiful ware. The only thing I might add is to drop the BHP down just a tad to let the 'made in USA' show up on the 357 Smithy in the 1st pic. Love to see that on such a fine work of art. BTW- easy for me to critique someones beautiful photos as I don`t even know how to post pics on the internet:o:D.

Nice job on the pics. I have the same Silver Chrome Hi Power with gold "pimp" trigger. Its one of my favorite guns.

shortwave, RustyNut & Pilot - thanks, and some comments/info...>

shortwave - thanks, but if I'd lowered the BHP a little it wouldn't have said "Made in USA" on that revolver, but rather, "Made in Brazil" :-)

RustyNut - thanks. That's a Taurus Model 689, and older model in .357mag. It's in stainless steel, not chromed.

Pilot - thanks. Heh, that gold-plated trigger on the BHP was actually a sticking point for me when choosing to purchase the pistol. It wasn't going to turn me off the Silver Chrome model but I'd have preferred a less gaudy trigger. I had intended to replace it with a blued trigger at some time but you know what, I got used to the gold :-)

jglsprings - that's the thing, there is no setup to see...>

...apart from a desk with a lamp attached to it. I could post a pic of that but it wouldn't be of much purpose. I don't have a permanent lightbox set up.

Everything else, the diffusion material, reflector card(s), backgrounds, props, etc, is arranged specifically for each photo, depending on what is needed and where it is needed.

Thanks.

Here's my attempt at a glamour shot...

:o:o:o. Boy, what a compliment to you. Your pics are so good they make that Taurus look as good as my Smiths:p:D.
