Does anyone know the contact information for Bob Munck in Florida? This was a refurb with the millmark. I believe the hard chroming was done by Accurate Plating and Weaponry.

This guy does outstanding work at reasonable prices. He is a specialist in bluing. He also shoots bowling balls out of a mortar using 1/3 pound of black powder.
