Not sure what state you're from; however, I would procede with the following course of action.

Attempt to mak contact in person with the FFL
Try doing so over the course of two weeks
Contact the shipper for their logs of the shipment
Should the logs indicate the FFL signed for it procede with the following
-Leave message via email, voicemail, or letter indicating your desire for your firearms, and that he has 10 days to make contact with you in regards to such matter.

-Should those 10 days pass without contact from the FFL contact local police.

I'm not sure which state you are in, but in Missouri I would try for a stealing charge. This is INDEED something you could get the police involved in. In MO stealing of a firearm is a Class D felony.

The ball is squarely in David Ozlo's court. He has received all the advice he needs to take some sort of action, and a lot of it is redundant.

Since he hasn't returned to respond to any posts since posting his original post, I will go ahead and close this. If he wants it re-opened to add any new information, he can PM me or any of the General Discussion moderators.
