You know, I recall Burger being interviewed on the McNeil/Lehrer show, and attacking the individual rights interepretation of the Second amendment as a fraud. He misquoted it, substituting "militia" for "people". The host didn't point this out, of course, not knowing any better himself. I remember thinking to myself, "This clown wants to tell ME what the Second amendment means, and he doesn't even know what it SAYS!"
