Got $600 to spend on gun. Which one?

You have a fine collection of handguns. A military surplus bolt action rifle would be a nice addition, or how about a replica from the 19th or 18th century, like a 1873 Army revolver, Civil war musket, or a flintlock.

Decide which of your guns is your favorite and buy $600 worth of ammo for it. You're going to buy the ammo _anyway_ in the long run, so go for the volume discount.

OGCA-drool!
For you guys from outside NE Ohio, OGCA show = Mecca. I avoid it. Too, too, tooo many goodies.

As a side note, if you are going as a guest, please remember you will NOT be allowed to purchase anything from a member.

Before anybody gets all riled up, this isn't a public gun show. Ohio Gun Collectors Association calls their meetings shows, and the displays and items are for sale or trade to members only. See www.ogca.com for more info.

RAE --

I'm not a member, yet. But my good friend is a member and will be the one "buying" the weapon. I can't help it if he's willing to sell it to me for a penny.

Icopy,
:) Happiness is a "cheap" gun. Have you been to one of the OGCA shows before? If not, you are in for a real treat! Like I say, I avoid them. I've been invited to attend and join, but have declined. I have heard some fabulous stories about the collections that are displayed though.

Good luck at the show. Please remember us "po folk ;) here at TFL and bring back some good stories. Ok?

Ruger P94, Berreta 92, Browning Hi-Power, USED Surrender&Whine Pistol(9mm or 45). What else, no 1911's, why not a couple more? Ah, I cant thing of anything that you dont want... I have heard the Tuarus PT99's are ok. Those are the Berreta clones. Have fun, I wish I could go to a guns show, damn California, damn.
