Good .45acp Ammo Buy - Take Advantage Of It!

And a couple years ago Walmart got rid of the guns in most of their stores. Now their sales are down and guns are OK again. Their not gun friendly only want your money. How about service if you have a problem with your new gun. Heck I have a mower I bought from them. Can't get fixed they only sell . Won't even buy a gun their.
 
been that price at my walmarts for a year now. no shortage around here.

A few weeks ago my Walmart here was getting a little low on the
ammo supply. A truck must have just came in because we got
everything now.

I feel a little hording coming on :D I never fully recovered from the
ammo shortage I guess :D
 
I think it stinks that stores like walmart don't always carry ammo or firearms, but I'll also be the first to defend their right to sell what they want to sell, and for the public to shop elsewhere! ;)

I don't know how many gun stores do warranty work. New guns problems go back to the manufacturer. Unless you local gun store is an authorized repair person for that manufacturer - the minute you have a local tear into your gun - there goes your warranty.

Even if it is out of warranty - I would rather have the manufacturer work on a pistol or gun. Too many variables to have the local guy do it unless he is a master at it..

Some people may have great gun smiths at some of their local shops but I only know of one person out of 5 local stores that work on guns. And he is not an authorized repair center for any manufacturer.
 
I think Tul ammo is one of the brands specifically banned at the indoor range at my LGS.

Saving money by buying Tul might not be as good a deal as some think.
