Gone Glock!

"I owned a G23. Sold it. Used the cash to buy another G23. Traded it for a *&* wheelgun which I traded for (you guessed it) another G23 before I even left the gun show. "

Sounds like me with G19s, except now I'm on the G23 wagon.

First gun I ever shot was a Glock 19.. it was great. Then my dad bought a G22 about 2 years ago and I shot that. Well the first gun I bought was a G22. And I love it... it has taken me a while to get the hang of it, but now I am getting very accurate with it. I have access to a Kimber Custom Carry, the "Jam-O-Matic" as I have come to call it, a Browning Hi Power and now a Walther P99 I bought, which I hate so far. Glock, Glock, Glock.. I would pick this gun over any costing twice as much also.

The simplicity of this gun never fails to amaze... you should have seen me trying to dissasemble and clean that Kimber for the first time, what a pain in the A$$ compared to the Glock...

ok off the soapbox for now.

Picked up a G-19 after years of staying away from those "plastic guns". I always said I like d some metal in there.

I love it!!

Now I am a huge advocate of the "tactical tupperware."

Plan on selling my 1991 .45 for the G21 real soon.

I mean lets get in the 20th century!! The tupperware gun could stay in saltwater for a week and come out firing. I am pretty sure the 1911s would have some serious rust.

Also I am very confident in the "failsafe" action. This thing will not go off unless you violate the "keep your finger of the trigger until you are ready to fire" rule

I try very hard to NOT sell any guns that I own, but...I am selling a "&" 6906 to fund a G30 purchase! :D

I have a 30 and a 20. I also have two custom 1911's. I love them all. I hated Glocks for years, then I started shooting them. I haven't looked back.

DMSC,

How much are you asking for the 6906?

Sigh... where to begin. My VERY first handgun was a Glock 21. A buddy of mine bought it for me but would not let me have it until I turned 21. I got visiting rights every weekend. :) Anyway, sold it for a Glock 22, sold that for a Sig 229, sold that for a Sig 220 , sold that for a Glock 19. I aint selling my 19 for nothin!!!!! My wife packs a H&k P7M8, and it sure does shoot nice, but I can shoot just as well if not better with my 19. I got a couple of 1911's, an H&K Tactical wich is mighty nice but way to big for ccw, still have one or two sigs in the safe, but I carry a G19 everyday.

Definition of being Glocked: it means being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st Century, whether you wanted to go there or not.

I carried 1911 variants for 26 years. I now carry a G21.

Glock 22 is my baby. Have a little tomcat 32acp but that doesn't really count cause I got it for the wife. She wants her own gun in a larger fram but unfortunatly the glock wont fit her hand so I have to keep my lust for the glocks to a simmer whilst I find her something that fits her hand. But really want a 34 or 35. Soon I will have more!!! HAhahahahah
It is a sickness but I will refuse help till I die

I'm in the same boat as most of you guys. I've shot just about every handgun imaginable ans, when my dad bought an early G21 about 7 or 8 years ago, I fell in love with it immediately. He didn't like it because it was too big for his hands. So when he decided to sell it and get a G30 I bought it off him. It is hands down my favorite handgun except for an old Colt SAA .45 2nd Gen. I have been snakebit over the years with semi-autos and was pretty much a revolver man. My experience has been that about 75% of the semi-autos I shoot jam at some point, especially straight out of the box. But my G21 has functioned flawlessly. It feeds EVERYTHING. It is extremely accurate, light, easy to clean, you name it. I could go on and on about the qualities of this gun. All I need now is a good holster for it- either kydex or sharkskin.
