Glock 30 opinion

Nice gun!

I have a Glock 30 and a Glock 26. I keep thinking I'll sell the 30 because it's so expensive to feed it, but every time I take it to the range I begin to reconsider. It's extremly accurate. I've probably put about 300 or 400 rounds through it. It's plain fun to shoot. I like the 26 equally well, and that's what I shoot most often, simply becuase the rounds cost less.

FAT!!!!!

I prefer the sensuous curves of the G30, it fills my hand nicely. the G36 is too small and has little to hang on to.:D

You could dress her in vertical pinstripe grips and she would still be fat. :D

I might consider one of the grip reductions someday, but to me the big grip is what makes the recoil seem so manageable. I gave up my G36 because of the 4 fewer rounds and slightly more recoil it had.

There was about ayear long period at GT when the G30 hype was going around hot and heavy. BUT it ended and now many are not so hot on it or the G36.

Had a G30, my first Glock. Have pretty big hands but preferred a full sized Glock like the G21 which is now my primary 45.

For the size, a G32 packs more punch. I traded the G30 for the G32.

But you may have a different preference. TEHO.

I am amazed at the accuracy of the G-30. Strong-arm only at 50 feet, on a good day(good night's sleep, only 1 cup of coffee), I can shoot a 2" group with 5 rounds. Frequently the first shot out of the tube is in the ten ring. This with a 3.78" barrel is remarkable. I am also amazed at the follow-up shot capability. The recoil is very manageable. Whether I shoot 2-handed, or weak arm only, the G-30 is controllable and accurate.
