glock 21 any good?

Mine was the biggest POS ever built. It wouldn't even feed ball 100% from standard caps or gelded mags.

The only Glocks I've tried that have been 100% reliable are my G17 and a friend's G19.

Just adding to the concensus........

that has developed here. The G21 is a great gun but has a large grip which may give some shooters problems. If you have very small hands it may not be right for you. I own two and they are both highly reliable and quite accurate. The recoil is IMHO quite mild. Excellent addition to the right shooters collection. Good shooting!

I have had 100% reliablitity from all my glocks but a 27 I used to own. You sure the problems is not with you maybe your limp wristing some autos in the larger calibers don't work as well without a solid shooting plat form.

I love my g21 i belive it to be one of the best combos of weight and power.

The only thing i could ask for on it is a somewhat smaller grip but it still feels great . :)

Well my .45 USPs, Wilson, Colt, and SA 1911s, and rental SIGs, Beretta Cougars, and Rugers all in .45 haven't given me anywhere near as much trouble as that P.O.S. Glock 21.

That, and the fact that I'm nearing 250,000 rounds fired through various handguns, leads me to believe the problem wasn't with me. ;)

Have a 2nd Gen. G21 that is primary CCW gun. Like it well enough to also buy an old G20. If it fits your hand it's a Great choice!

I set mine up with a fire dragon comp. barrel and adjustible sights. Accuracy is escellent, I can shoot lead if I want and having 15 rounds of .45 reliability is most comforting.;)

Just to add to the consensum...

The ones I've shot were VERY reliable, VERY accurate, VERY soft recoil; and I like the tenifer finish, light weight, and 13+1 45 ACP rounds!(if you live outside USA like me). Downs: thick slide and large grip, funny trigger, plastic sights.
I don´t have one, but I want one :) !!
