Glock 19 modifications

I am not looking for suggestions. Simply curious what everyone has done to their g19s. Kept it stock, trigger jobs, so on and so forth.

I don't own a Glock 19. But if I do or did buy one as a carry weapon I would install the Glock "Gadget" (and probably Meprolight night sights).

I use a G19 as my EDC. I've done a few things to make it better suited to my needs.

I run suppressed whenever possible so it's a factory threaded model. I changed the stock suppressor sights to Trijicon suppressor sights.

I've polished all the trigger parts for a smoother and slightly lighter feel. Additionally, I stippled the frame for a more positive grip in adverse conditions.

A beveled grip plug aids in a smoother reload as well.

So, mine is not box stock, but it's not TOO far from it. Just the stuff I personally think makes the gun easier and faster to shoot well.

Are the Glock factory night sights considered "stock" or "modification?" I have those, but other than that, mine's bone stock.

Standard Trijicon nite sights, OEM 3.5lb connector, plug (but only to store a trigger reset spring and extractor in), Talon rubber grip.

Mine are box stock. Triggers have always been smooth and various parts such as the rail on the underside of the slide that rides on the carts is glass smooth since new. They are Gen3 1999.

Ground down the finger grooves to where they're negligible.

Added a butt plug to attempt to round out the heel of the grip. Doesn't do that too well. Too lazy to take it out.

Mine came with Trijicon night sights. I left them.

Mine came with an extended slide release. I returned it to stock.

Swapped factory barrel for a Lone Wolf barrel, so I could shoot cast lead handloads without worry.

I tried the much touted NY1/3lb connector that everyone "on the Internetz" says is so wonderful. Didn't care for it, took it back to stock.

Stainless Steel guide rod, Aro-Tek Specter night sights. The night sights replaced original Glock night sights that lost their glow after over 10 yrs.

Model12Win I may buy a couple of these plugs even though I don't own any Glocks. I do not want to lose my operational operator status.

Do sights count as modifications? Because I swapped the stock plastic sights on my Gen 4 G-19 for a set of Warren Tactical Sevigny carry sights, tritium illuminated front dot with plain rear. I know, it sounds weird, but I really like having a dot on just the front sight. The front sight stands out NOW when you go looking for it in a hurry, and even in low light having only one dot isn't problematic for me. If the front sight is to the left or right of the rear, I can definitely feel that in my grip.

Otherwise, bone stock inside. Just add ammo and go.

Never owned a G19 but I have a G35 that I've owned for about 7 or 8 years now and am approaching 20k rounds through it, all reloads. When it was new I did the .25 cent trigger job, then went +1 on the trigger spring, -1 on the striker spring, and beveled the plunger. Clean crisp #2 ish pull with about half the reset of stock. I also replace all the springs every 5-6k rounds and have never had an issue.
