General consensus of NAA Mini Revolvers?

I like them. I used to own a NAA 22 Mag, and always wanted it back so when I ran across an original FA 22 Mini-Revolver in a pawn shop for 150 I had to snap it up. :-)

Here it is next to it's bigger brother, the Mdl 83, 454 Casull.

I've never owned one, but Wednesday I think I'll either look into buying one of them or look into adding to the ammo stores. Just depends on how the week goes.;)

HI Ya Guys,
I use mine when going out in PJ's for the newpaper before 6AM.
My armorer says not to shoot it too much as it breaks with wear.
And it needs to go back to NAA for fixing as it is very unique.
So having once shot it a few rounds it sits near the front door, I wish it were a Pug and could fetch the papers. :D

NAA Mini-Revolvers are very well built. I have a .22 Magnum one now and owned a .22 LR one and another .22 Magnum before that. All three worked perfectly.
They probably fall in the third gun category, but I've used them for a BUG and very rarely it alone. They are way, way better for SD than nothing, IF one has good quality, good penetrating ammo and of course is a good shot with it.

I can put all five .22 Magnum shots into the head A-zone of an ISPC target from two or three yards in less than three seconds, from pocket draw. Thats better than nothing.

Get a Cobra Deringer in .38 caliber. Two shots of a REAL caliber

Well They weigh about as much as a airweight, so why not get one and have 5 shots of "REAL" caliber? The mini mag weighs 8 oz. You be the judge.

Very well made quality gun. I have one with the folding grip and I use it as a "drop it in your pocket BUG / go anywhere gun". Had mine fro a couple of years now.

It's actually a lot of gun for the size and weight. I have a Pug and Black Widow. I think 3 or 4 Pugs, each in a different pocket, would be a nice carry combo. Not much larger than an extra magazine or speed loader.
