WHAT! Hollywood trash trying to get us ready for MISS Clinton?
Give me some one like Rice, or Margret Thasher and I would vote for a women in a second.
Gee! I wonder what kind of president Hollytrash will make Genna.
ANy one want to guess?
Ok I am going to say a bad word here so if there are any children out there please dont read the next word
LIBERAL

I'd vote for her in a heartbeat.

But according to the liberal/left dogma, a woman is only a woman if she's a liberal woman, a black is only a black if they're a liberal black. Asian, hispanic, gay, any of their so-called "protected" minorities are only worthy of protection and admiration if they kowtow to the democratic party line.

Normal folks would call it sickening hypocracy.

:o , I would like Condi to be Pres. She's nice to look at :o

I don't think that Hillary has the same charm that her husband has/had. That is the only thing that got people to really like him, he has charisma.

Hillary just doesn't have it, most of her votes would be off her husbands shirt tails (those enamored by Bill) and then the "anybody but a republican" crowd.

Watching Condi doing the State of the Union address would be nice on the eyes, watching Hillary doing the same would make one wonder if she just ate a lemon.

She's an accomplished archer. I can't find anything concrete on her stance on gun control.

I think the show is an hour long commercial to desensitize the American populous to having a female president (read that as Hillary).

On that note, :barf: :barf: :barf: :barf:

Unfortunately, it's probably true (and sad). I would vote for a QUALIFIED woman for prez in a minnit. I would NEVER EVER EVER vote for Hillary. :barf:

Personally I think we should ban NY from being a member of the U.S.A. until they pass some sort of test. Something like:

1) Hillary is _______________ .

*end of test*

BTW, the correct answer is "who?"

It looks like the GOP is positioning Condi to run against or provide a counterbalance to Hillary. Personally I agree with this quote from USP:

Watching Condi doing the State of the Union address would be nice on the eyes, watching Hillary doing the same would make one wonder if she just ate a lemon.

I also think that while Condi might not be more intelligent than Hillary(she also might be), Hillary was one of the top lawyers in the country at one time, but she APPEARS more intelligent than Hillary. Condi seems confident, composed, smart, and powerful - all qualities of a leader. The fact that she is a great communicator, as opposed to Hillary's stammering, only helps push Condi to the top of the list of women who would be president.

Would I vote for Condi?? Yes, but it depends on who she's running against.
Would I vote for Hillary? No.

I watched a bit of it the other night. It has a big "feminist" tone to it. She is portrayed as a "token" vice president chosen to help the president get votes.

The men in the show are out to get her from the first five minutes. When there is a possibility that she might ascend to the presidency, they ask her to resign ahead of time so that Donald Sutherland's character can take over.

if youve been paying attention, you will know that Hillary has been leaning quite a bit to the right; hoping to appear to the untrained eye, slightly conservative or a centrist at best...

with the Presidents drop in approval rating, i think we will see Hillary move back to her roots, that of Socialist-Communist...

She needs to be close to the President to gain support from the Republicans who arent VAST R IGHT WING consevatives but she cant get too close or she will lose all of her welfare votes... Close but not TOO close...

i think by the time the primarys start rolling around Hillary will be back to her old evil liberal ways...

since this is about Geena Davis, let me say this: what a hottie....

I caught 5 minutes of it while channel surfing. What I immediately saw was GD supporting the armed invasion of some African nation due to an internal legal issue of that nation. Yes the issue was horrible and unjust but it was their system, not ours. I wonder how the left would react to the president calling for an armed invasion of another country because of some evil act they may commit internally... oh wait, we already know.

From the little I saw the song "I am woman hear me roar" should have been playing continuously. I will not be watching it again. Since the favorites program list on my controller includes about 80 channels and NBC, ABC and CBS are not on that list the chances of me finding this show again are minimal.

Genna Davis looked much better in Earth Girls are Easy.

The trained eyes know to look at the voting records.

Hillary's flirtation with the right is about to come to a screaming halt. Ya see, Al Gore is making noise like he's interested in another go'round. The moonbat wing loves Al and doesn't trust Hillary since she went right.

My thinkin' is Hillary will snuggle up :barf: to the moonbat wing. It'll be interesting to see how far to the extreme she'll go to keep her base happy.

""I'll be her lewinski anyday""

Good answer,, very good answer.
I would too
But how do we do the dress thing???? :D

Programming, programming, programming...

The first time I saw a commercial for this new show, my first thought was that the show is an obvious attempt to program the American Sheeple into mindlessly voting for Hillary in 2008.

I'm sure that the socialist powers that be at the network will see to it that the writers will portray Davis' character as a "token woman" who is treated shabbily by the mean old men (read: Republicans) in the administration as she struggles with valor to do the right thing for America.

In 2008 when the American Sheeple go to the polls, they will have been programmed to vote for Hillary - after all, she will be "just like the woman President on TV." :barf: :barf:

I don't know much about Geena Davis other than the fact that she shoots a mean bow and arrow. It would be interesting to know her views on the 2nd Amendment, but the real issue here is not her views, but the socialist-controlled network's obvious attempt to program the Sheeple into voting the way they want them to.

You do have to give Davis this: Compared to Hillary, she is an absolute beauty. The face Hillary presents to the world makes me uneasy. She goes thru life with this drawn, bitter, full of rage expression on her face - alot like Ted Kennedy's expression. It must be a Democrat thing...

IMHO, anyone who is obviously full of such bitterness, rage and bile is not a person who should be handed the keys to thousands and thousands of nuclear weapons.

Clearly part of the vast left-wing conspiracy

Davis is a Mensa member too, who knows what kind of nefarious things they dream up in those meetings. Maybe they are programming us to vote for someone smart for a change.

Suppose Condi Rice decides to run as has been discussed, is the show an example of left wing reverse programming, or would it be reverse-reverse programming? Make us think that they are trying to program us to vote for a woman, knowing that we will think its a conspiracy and not vote for a woman, hence not electing Condi? So they really are trying to keep us from voting for a woman, by convincing us to vote for a woman. Or would two women candidates cancel each other out, resulting in a male being elected, like adding negative numbers to get a positive?

Good to see you're feeling better (or have regained your old sense of humor). I for one was disappointed that you weren't on the board as much as before.

Welcome back sendec :).

*either that or my observation skills have suffered during my bout with the good old cold virus.

Did any of you actually watch the premier? She was the VP and the president got sick and ended up dying. The Pres was Republican and she was Independent. So the politicos tried to get her to resign instead of become VP since she was not a Republican and was basically on the ticket just for the women/independent vote. She almost goes along but ends up sticking it out and becoming Pres as an Independent. Hell I don't know if she's a libertarian or what but anything's better than neither a Repub or Dem in the White House!

I'm not so sure it's just a Hillary ad but you never know. Nothing I've seen except the fact that she's a woman gives me that indication yet.
