Full auto Glock 17 endurance test

Slimjim9 ....Just curious. Would putting a shoulder stock on an otherwise normal Glock (or any semi auto) make it illegal?
Perfectly legal with an NFA tax stamp.

Yep....Do a form1 to make your Glock into a SBR. Pay $200 for the tax stamp. Wait a few months for BATFE permission and its ok to now stick the stock on the pistol. Ohh, i forgot to mention, you need to engrave your info on the gun as the "maker" of the SBR

I watched this video and was impressed by several things:

1) That any gun could run that well for that long doing such INTENSE firing so rapidly!

2) That folks on other forum snorted about a Glock failing so quickly.

It appears the folks on the other forums didn't understand that someone shooting a metal-framed gun probably couldn't even hold a metal-framed gun after a few hundred rapidly fired round, let alone 1000+. If the gun was hot enough to melt the Glock recoil spring assembly, can you imagine how the shooter's hand would feel as the heat transferred from barrel to frame?

About the only thing I learned from watching that video was that some folks have more spare time time and have access to too much money! :)

I can't imagine EVER having to shoot that many rounds rapidly (or even a fraction of that many rounds THAT rapidly) except to prove that it could be done.
