I am happy to announce that buckskinner is now a member of the Gun Owners of America. His anonymous sponsor just emailed me confirmation of his membership. I would like to thank the sponsor and also buckskinner for stepping up and accepting this free membership. We need MORE PEOPLE to sign up and help defend our rights from attack.

I am also happy, and yet somewhat embarassed, to announce that I have also just recently joined GOA. :) :o :) I think it is more important to have a large number of members in multiple organizations than to have one member with a long-term membership in only one organization. Strength in numbers.

Adding to the excellent news in the two previous posts, I received a direct application from rms/pa for GOA membership.

Rather than have a sponsor list containing only one sponsor, I appended another offer.

I just received a very nice gift from Terridarri and Gunslinger. I sent them a mannequin, but didn't expect anything other than reimbursement for expenses.

To show that one good turn deserves another, I will sponsor another TFL member to join the Gun Owners of America or the NRA. This is in honor of the very generous people in Springfield, MO who are also hosting the TFL End of Summer Meet.

Er, Uh, Jedi Oomodo and I would both LOVE to join. We are NRA members, but just bought our first house, so funds are kinda in short supply these days. We'd appreciate it if someone would sponser us. :)
 
I would also like to add that, once our funds permit, we will sponsor someone for GOA membership. We appreciate what y'all are trying to do here. The assault on our liberty is sure to step up as the election draws near. We must show the gun bigots that we will not roll over and play dead.
