According to www.house.gov/writerep the word Congressman, or Congressperson as they put it, should be capitalized.

I find it amusing how no one mentions his party. If he'd been a Democrat half the people in this thread would be bitching and moaning about the immorality of Democrats and how this was completely expected. That being said, a pedo's a pedo. Should have waited 'til they turned 18.
