FNX 45 vs M&P 45

Both seem to be equally good choices. I would advise taking a look at the Sig models 220 and 227 before you decide. Great pistols in my estimation and experience; especially the model 227 (if it fits your hand as well as it does mine).
 
Well my two cents on the FNX-45 vs. M&P-45 would which ever one can shoot 45 Super/Super Comp/45 SMC out of the box, also the one with a threaded barrel for a suppressor or a comp for shout/near 460 Rowland load of 45 Super/Super Comp/450 SMC.

What's your take on using a suppressed pistol for HD? (obviously favorable - as it's pictured) - but - worth the risk in civil court given the atmosphere of late?
