I don't disagree with you.
But, I interpreted the OP's question of what's "best", literally.
The two I mentioned are loaded to precision tolerances, while none of the others mentioned, are.
Accuracy is consistency from the hardware and the shooter- and these are known to be extremely consistent, with the best of handloads, and are known to shoot well (accuracy node) from most any rifle.
Doesn't mean a given stick won't shoot something better- but I still say you'd be very hard pressed to find any rifle that'll shoot "assembly line" factory ammo as well as the precision ones. There's a reason the industry uses these for their testing.
Accuracy comes at a price. For many, 1/4 m.o.a. may not be worth the cost.
