The name appears to be Cambier, but it cannot be the same man who made arms for James II of Scotland. IMHO, that pistol dates to the early 1700's, and James II died in 1460.

I think the bigger question here is if you can find a shoulder holster for this fine piece because you can't have guns you don't carry!
