First AR Decision Help

Well, no one can tell you what is best for you... we all have to go thru a learning curve. For starts, it is tough to go wrong with a Hartford Horsey or a RRA.

I'm not saying this is ultimate or best for anyone, but I love it:

My rifle has a mid-length gas system, 16" barrel, and a 20.75" sight radius. LMT CQB16 with my modifications.

Some guns will shoot steel cased ammo some will not... I have not used any Wolf but the Monarch/Barnual stuff works in all of mine.

Three stoppages in 2500 reloaded rounds through my M&P Sport. They were out of spec cases, not the gun's fault. Upper is still quite tight to the lower.

I'd go with the M&P 15 Sport. Mine has been flawless. It is accurate and 100% reliable. Ready to shoot (well make sure you clean it first) as it comes with sights out of the box. Money saved could buy you more mags and more ammo. And oh, replace the handguard, it does not have a heat shield.

i have a dpms that i bought at cabelas. i went to buy a bushmaster and the one they had on sale had a plastic reciever. i think i pick mine up for 730 possiably. I have shot probably 120 rounds of herters ammo through it and never had a bit of problem. it seems to be a very well built gun.

this is what mine looks like. its a older picture i have since added an eo tech red dot and a single point sling
