First 9mm carry gun. Need input!

I am another Floridian and vary my carry pistol depending on my mood for the day, and have no problem concealing any of them IWB while wearing shorts and a T-shirt; CZ 100, CZ P-07, or the Beretta PX4 D. I'm 5'8"/205#, and I will echo what others have said about making sure you have a great holster and an even better gun belt to properly support whatever you choose, and from the list you gave in your original post I would select the RAMI.

Another point you might want to consider, is to start buying the next size up T-shirt and to also wear a tank top or a second T-shirt underneath. This will give you a cushion layer between your skin and the holster, (especially if it is Kydex) and, will also help absorb sweat so that your outer shirt isn't sticking to you.

Take a look at the Beretta PX4 Compact. 15+1 rounds of 9mm in a relatively small package. It is accurate, reliable, and soft shooting. 3 different backstraps to alter the grip size. I've got both the full-sized and Compact in 9mm. The full-size is one of my most accurate pistols.
 
From your list I would go with the Rami or the PCR. I like to carry the most gun I can be comfortable carrying every day so I would prolly do the PCR. I'm getting a Bersa Thunder UC Pro for the CC job but mine will be in 10mm Kurz.

So am I, 5'11" and 135--I carry a Glock 27. Ten(10) rounds of a major caliber in a small package.

NO SAFETY to mess with when the SHTF.

If you're looking at HK I would look at SIG also. Ink ow the SK is cheaper but SIGs are excellent guns. Since you have the PCR listed, you should take a look for a well priced P229. Excellent guns. On a budget, I would look for the PCR and go that route. Subcompacts carry easily but it's really not that much tougher to wear a compact and you get a more manageable firearm with greater capacity.
