Got the gun and it's real nice. It has all the stampings that say it's from Bulgaria BUT on the side opposite the safety, the gun is stamped " P W Arms Redmond Wa 9x18 " Did PW Arms guy a bunch of these guns and stamp them? What's the deal?

IIRC any company that imports firearms into the United States for resale is required to stamp them with their name and city of origin.

Every foreign made handgun I've ever seen has something like that (my Steyr M40 has "GSI T'ville AL" on the frame ... it appears to be done at the factory too)
