FEG PA-63

Timely thread. Last night I picked up a consignment PA-63 from my LGS for $240. Two mags, no box or papers. Had it not been consignment, the shop may have tossed me a bone. Haven't fired it yet. Mak ammo not real popular in my area. Got it mainly as a companion for my CZ82 also chambered in the Mak 9x18. Haven't played with that one either...:(

I had one some years ago. Traded it in on a CZ-82. Traded the CZ-82 for a Taurus 24/7 compact.

Never thought the PA-63 was snappy.

I really kind of miss mine. Sexy pistol. Great grip. Accurate as I was.

All the Best,
D. White

These guns have excellent stopping power for their size and weight in 9x18mm Mak, are very concealable, and yet very shootable and accurate, not to mention rugged an reliable.

They're phenomenal guns for the money.

Very well made, a bargain price. Do get the spring kits, most pistols need them sooner or later anyway.

The full-size P9R 9mm Parabellum is also a great deal, they run under $300, often $250.

Wow, I've never seen or heard of those puppies. From those pics, they are beautifully designed. I can see why folks like them.

I have one, nothing special about the design, Design lifted from the Walther PP , nothing really new about it. I got one several years ago, carry it in my truck and move it to may tackle box when I go fishing. Just for grins and giggles I converted it to 380, and if it gets banged up no tears, just a another cheap commie milsup gun. BTW these guns are still in use in their home country.

I shot mine back in August had to remind myself why I rarely shot it. Horrible trigger pull, horrible ergonomics, lots a recoil, & hammer bite.

It fulfills my James Bond - Walther PPK longings.
Every time I get the urge to buy a Walther PPK, I just take out my PA63 and remind myself why I don't really want / need a PPK.
