First of all, thank you and bless you for your efforts. This is some heavy lifting, as sorting it all out and verifying the citation/sources is a lot of work.
The one I'd like to see, in additon to what has been listed, are cases where people were killed/assaulted while under the "protection" of a protective or restraining order. I'm not trying to bash LE, but debunk the notion that the cops can/will protect you. Just like stories regarding incidents where a gun was used properly for self defense, these incidents rarely get more than a cursory mention in the local press and quickly fade away. I was at a rally once where a guy reqad a list of women who were killed by people who had been 'restrained', it was a powerful arguement for taking responsibility for your own safety. This is probably more of a long term research project, might be a good one for Bob Waters to do a book on.
