EDC guns....whatcha carry?

4 inch 629 most days, Star Firestar .40 some days, Ruger Single Six on the ATV. I seldom get off the ranch so these fill my needs for pest shooting, etc.

My regular EDC is a Kahr PM9, pocket carry in the pleasantly warm Texas summers, paddle holster on the other 10 days of the year ... dog walking on the golf course behind my house, I usually carry an NAA Pug loaded with the new Hornady Critical Defense .22 mags ...

Pocket
Sig P238
Kel-Tec P3AT

Summer IWB
Kimber Solo
Kel-Tec PF-9

Winter IWB
Kimber Ultra Carry
Beretta PX4sc

Ankle/5.11 shirt while riding bicycle
Snub nose revolver, currently a Ruger LCR

I mainly train with the SAO autos and carry them most of the time. These would be the Ultra Carry, Solo and P238. The PX4 has decocker only levers on it and every other gun gets the same sweeping motion of my thumb to flick off a safety since I shoot thumbs forward. The revolver gets more use when riding the trails in the 5.11 shirt. All guns are practiced with on a regular basis and I never forget which one I'm carrying.

I'll play.

Main carry in my CZ PCR 9mm in one of my High Noon Holsters.

I have a IWB, Paddle, OWB, & Shoulder Rig for it.

I also have a Czech Police Thumb-break Belt Holster.

When I can't conceal the CZ, or just feeling like something different, I'll carry my Taurus 357 snub. Again in a High Noon IWB.

It depends on the clothes and where I'm going - but the EDC is a Beretta Bobcat 21 .22 LR. It has taken the place of my 642. I'm just more comfortable with being able to put 3-4 CCI Stingers exactly where I want them (and still have 4 left and an extra mag for an easier reload) as compared to how I shoot the snubbie. And it can be carried so many ways - it really is a gun you never have to leave home without. With different baggier clothes when I'm out alone later or in certain parts of town, I'll take one of my 9mms, a Sig P250sc or a Px4 Compact for insurance.

Smith & Wesson 908 in a bianchi iwb holster at 4 oclock. I also carry a spare mag.

Not the most expensive combination but I feel very comfortable with it.

Cold weather:

Primary: Bersa Thunder 9 UC Pro
Secondary / Occasional primary: 1 of 2 Stoeger Cougar 8000 F

Warm weather:

Primary: Kahr CW9
Secondary / BUG: Kel Tec PF9

All carried with an extra magazine.

Been carrying the Kahr PM9 (in a AKJ Concealco IWB) since I got rid of the Ruger LCP. Got another Ruger LCP on layaway (yeah I regretted getting rid of it :o) and once I put a couple hundred rounds through it it'll be my daily carry again (in a pocket holster from www.rkbaholsters.com).

If I feel like carrying something a little bigger: HK USP Compact 9mm (in a Galco Summer Comfort)
