Don't have much tolerance for Zero 'Telligence policies. Don't need essays and lectures. Need educators who can tell the difference between tools, toys and weapons. Also knowing real threats from fantasy and play should be a minimal prerequisite for anyone employed to work with children. "Sorry, Mr. Liberal Professor, we require sanity of our employees."
