Maybe we need to ban morons. My guess is that putting him in the pokey for awhile, and fining him, may help wake him up enough to abide by the detox program into which he probably should be placed.
Heaven knows I've wanted to blast the hell out of a Lawn Boy lawnmower on a few occasions... I think my dad still has the accursed thing in his garage.
