I think a good argument would be that in Rwanda, 90% or more of all murders were commited with machetes, clubs, and bare hands.

The few guns used, were sold to them by none other than Boutros Boutros-Gali, then head of the UN, and organization which is strongly opposed to civilian firearms ownership.

Ask them if that feel strongly enough about gun control that they are willing to die for it.
