The NRA continued to echo previous statements that what's needed is greater enforcement, not more laws. "The laws are already on the books," said Andrew Arulanandam, a spokesperson for the NRA, in an interview. "The problem is a lack of enforcement."

I hear you man, I hear you. The issue really is enforcement not laws. NOT to get off topic here but a police officer was killed here in Chicago last year by someone who was awaiting trial for murder and rape and was out on BAIL. Thats right, bail when you are a awaiting trail for murder and rape.
