Does anyone actually CC an N frame?

I carry my Smith 4 inch 625-5 Mountain gun often. The .44 hides well in a Sam Andrews Tension Saddle holster. I carry extra ammo on a pocket pouch, that holds another 12.

I also have, and carry,a Model 27 Smiths a 25-5 6 inch, and an older 1917 also in .45 Colt.

I am working on a new holster design though for the 6 inch N frames. It will be cross draw, have a forward tilt, and ride fairly high. There will be a cut out along the frong side, like a IPSC holster.

N-FRAME TOO SMALL

Use Redhawks (but the 7.5" barrel on the 357 is a bit long for strong-side; keep sitting on it).

The 5.5"'s fit nice, but still kinda big. Gonna try strong side crossdraws and vertical shoulder holster.

I regularly carry a 3" bbl. 629..............

in a Galco Sillouette. The key is to have a very good belt. Carry it at 4 o'clock and with a light cotton shirt it conceals well. It tucks very close to my body and I've never had a problem with it sticking out or printing. Works for me. Good shooting:)

6' 225lbs, larger than average build so easy for me to conceal most handguns.....

I carry either a Cop .357 derringer (at work) or Taurus 415T .41 mag. and ammo belt slide. Might start carrying my Beretta 92 or Sig P229 sport if I get a good holster for them. Of course, I never fully trust autos no matter how high a quality manufactor THEY or the ammo in them are, so I would still carry my Taurus or Cop in addition anyways or buy a S&W J Frame Model 360 to carry just for extra insurance.
