To the OP: I've been loading on my Redding T-7 turret for a couple years now and I still visually check every case for powder. This became an ironclad rule for me after having a few sessions that produced several empty-case rounds when I tried to skip the checking step. It adds some time to my process, but every round goes bang, which is much better than 'poof.'
