Do you shoot in your CCW carry ammo and practice ammo to match?

I usually shoot one mag of the carry ammo every time I go to the range just to know that it functions, how it feels and how to shoot it. As for my pocket gun it is all I really shoot through it for the same reasons, but I don't shoot it for pleasure much at all.

I make sure POA=POI and function with all my carry guns and then reload ammo that shoots the same.
I'll also shoot them all at extended distances even pocket guns get shot at 25 yards and service sized guns get shot at 50 and further depending on their capabilities.
