Do You Purchase Firearms Because Of Their High Capacity Abilities?

No. But I also consider "High Capacity" to be over 50 rnds.

To some people 10 rounds is a "high capacity magazine"

I haven't bought any of my guns because of magazine capacity. I have AR's and AK's with 30 round magazines because that is how they were sold to me. I bought them legally and from now on I intend to keep them.

to the OP, I recommend getting a shotgun or 22lr rifle/pistol if you don't have one. From what you listed it seems that you are missing those.

I have a Mossberg 500 HD shotgun, S&W 17-8, Ruger MK III 22/45, Ruger Single Six, Ruger 10/22 Takedown and a CZ 452 LUX.

I forgot to mention that while I buy only standard capacity weapons, if I have the choice between two identical weapons side by side that I am interested in within a reasonable price difference and one has a 10 rd magazine and the other has a 13, 14 or 17 round magazine, I bet you can guess which I'd choose. Although, if one came with a 13 and the other came with 2 10-round mags, I might think a little longer before I chose the 13.
