Do you fondle your guns?

I always find myself with one of my many mistresses generally within grabbing distance from my desk. I'll pick her up and grasp her stock, take a peek through the glass, and sometimes take a dry fire. Anybody else fondle their guns while they're just sitting around watching tv or anything?:p

otherwise yes, i often get up, go to the safe and have a (safe) play. Usually once a day
 
All the time. One of the best fondling pets is a replica Colt Model 1860 (or an original if you can afford one). It is streamlined and great to look at, it has a large, comfortable grip and points like a champ. My Pietta is well-finished with a smooth action.
 
Lmfao I always figured, since " theyre NOT TOYS so DONT PLAY WITH THEM " ;-$) , the next and only logical thing to do was to fondle them looool.
 
I think it is actually good practice to squeeze the trigger of an unloaded gun just to get the feel and muscle memory of the trigger and the action.
I tend to do a lot more fondling as it gets closer to hunting season.
 
Every single day. If I don't have any ammo to go shoot I practice the draw or just mess around with them, maybe even clean the few specks of dust on them since last time I cleaned them.

I'll start...I really like holding my 3 safe queens the most and my newest safe "evil" queen is this very fine, unfired, Milled MAK 90!

I admit it...I am a gun perv. It's the evil ugly gun that so many in Kalifornia only wish they could buy in 10 minutes at the gunshop down the street!!
I do need to get rid of the butt ugly thumbhole stock and put some good furniture on it.
 
Hey canerat, are you a hunter because this is a hunting/sporting rifle for those who are a bad shot like myself. If I cant hit my Elk with 30 shots I need to take up boating or something.:D
 
If you like to fondle your guns a lot and get "excited" by dry firing them, snap-caps will protect firing pins and condoms can prevent unplanned "eject-ulation" from damaging your fine weapon or pants. :rolleyes: ;)
 
Daily inspections are mandatory here. I normally have about three dozen guns displayed in the gun room and rotate them with the rest of the heard. So many guns, so little money.:)
