I occasionally carry my S&W Mountain Gun in .45 Colt concealed. Ky-Tac Kydex holster or a home made belt slide. With the Wilson Mickulek stocks, it is surprisingly hideable, but the weight tends to pull down my pants. I generally carry it on weekends, when I can wear suspenders under a vest.
My problem with the pig six gun is comfort more than concealability.
I carry my S&W Trailboss in a LH Galco Silhouette.
That gun makes you feel like could stop most things
on two legs.I was stopped by a couple of gang members
one time and it could of got ugly, but it would of gotten
uglier for them.
I try to carry it when think of that.Otherwise its my blue
colt mustang.
When carrying my 4" 686, an ultra-thin, soft Uncle Mike's IWB clip-on holster really minimizes thickness and extra weight, making it pretty comfortable.
