Do the Math on These Hand Counts Bush Will Win After Hand Counts

Something very strange is going on in Broward county. All alarms are going off. They have counted, according to AP, 461 votes, but they haven't change the number of additional Gore votes. It has been at 108 since precinct 428. Something smells here. What do you think that they are doing?

Gary:

You are correct. The Fl Legislature has the option of appointing the Electors if need be that is unless the toilet scum ties that up in court as well.

Will this is true, but the Congress of the United States has the last say. I would be shocked should they have the balls. Of course, I'm hoping that the Florida Supremes will abide by the law and not make law. If that happens, Gore will concede.

I keep thinking about the CCW vote in Missouri. The big city vote was "delayed" until the antis figured out how many "no" votes were needed.

The resulting lop-sided NO vote defied all projections.

Once again, the Democrat-rich areas are being re-counted.

Even though a Democrat representative and a Republican representative supposedly "help" with each vote, wide-spread "errors" have been documented.

I don't feel good about this.

The FL Kangaroo let the Toilet Scum by with an easy time but they attacked Mr. Glock Representing the Republicans. Their tone was almost as if they can write and execute the election laws independent of what the FL Legislature may do.

The courts are out of control and they have disrupted the three-legged stool of our Constitutional Republic. It is time for Congress to stop their tyranny. Most of the Justices have expressed that they believe the Toilet Scum has a right to determine what a voter may or may not have felt.

It does not sound good. I hope I'm wrong.

Gore Not Getting Desired Result / or is this Deceptive? & Broward Republican Quits

Palm Beach Vote Counts Unimpressive

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Al Gore has gained a net three votes in Palm Beach County so far in a hand recount of ballots, according to a partial tally with one-fifth of the job done.

Gore's slim gain so far in the Democratic-leaning county came after 103 of 531 precincts were hand counted since Thursday night. The Democrat is hoping to gain votes from the manual recount in order to erase a 930-vote lead Republican George W. Bush holds in the official statewide tally.

LATEST FROM BROWARD COUNTY GORE NOT GAINING MUCH GROUND

PLANTATION, Fla. (AP) -- Broward County elections supervisor Jane Carroll, the only Republican on the county's three-member canvassing board, quit Monday, saying she could not handle the long days.

Carroll, who was elected in 1968 and intended to retire from her elections supervisor post at the end of this term, said her resignation was effective at the end of Monday -- which will put a halt to the hand counting here unless she's quickly replaced.

''I've given this a lot of thought,'' said Carroll, 70. ''Physically I cannot continue 15-hour days. I have to think of my health. I don't feel well. I can handle a few 24 hour days, some 15 hour days, but not in a row.''

Canvassing board members were meeting with their attorneys to determine how to replace Carroll, who was going on vacation Tuesday.

Ballots from 515 of the county's 609 precincts had been recounted by Monday. Al Gore had gained a net 119 votes over last week's official tallies

How would the recount look without Dade County? I ask this because I got the impression that the judges thought the recount there started far too long after the deadline.

DADE COUNTY FRAUD...LOOK AT THE NUMBERS..

The Broward recount continues with 507 of 609 counted, Gore has picked-up 117 votes for a projected Bush victory once all counties are counted of 732 votes.

I had previously thought that the justices would rule based on the law, but the nature of the questions has put my opinion in the unlikely column. If they just say counting can go on, but the ballot must be punched, then Bush wins. If dimpled ballots are allowed, then Bush should still win, but fraud is very likely with dimpled ballots.

The newly found Gore votes are coming at a pace in Dade county which defies explanation. At present pace, they should add almost 422 votes to the Gore total in DADE ALONE. This does not include dimpled ballots. How can they have so many without dimpled ballots. Broward is not counting dimple, but they are setting them aside. Dimples occur 1.9 times more frequently than their present count. Using these figures Bush would still win by 355 votes. What I'm saying is that using Broward as the standard, adding in dimpled ballots, counting all votes from all counties that are hand counting, Gore picks up a total of 575 votes. Dade county alone is projecting a 422 vote gain. Go figure. Something is going on in Dade county. There is no question.

Broward Finished Counting: Gore up a 118..Poor Gore

AP reports:

"--Miami-Dade County: With 77 of 614 precincts recounted through Tuesday, Al Gore had gained 69 votes over last week's official totals.

--Broward County: Finished counting with Gore up 118. Thousands of dimpled ballots not counted.

--Palm Beach County: With 103 of 531 precincts recounted by hand, Gore had gained three votes."

If dimple ballots are counted, things are not good, unless they are counted in all counties. Here is an article about other states that allow the counting of dimple ballots, including TEXAS.

I've been off of work for a few days, but must go back. If anyone wishes to keep the recount information up to date, you can find the information at:

PLEASE, AFTER READING THIS, PLEASE SEE WHAT THE DOG IS DOING. HE IS DOING HIS THING JUST BELOW THE ARTICLE. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POST THE PHOTO, BUT IT IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO POST A PHOTO AND IT DOES NOT SOIL THE GOOD REPUTATION OF TFL, PLEASE DO SO!

Why do we keep giving legitimacy to these recounts! They are not valid even if tho is so-called FL Supreme court rules otherwise. Does everyone relaize that Gore is prepared to do whatever it takes to steal this election. Is it not clear that even if Bush wins the election for the third time, that Gore will keep fighting?

If this happens, you will see an exodus of military officers thereby severly weakening our defenses. We are very vulnerable now and don't believe the media lies about this not hampering our economy or our safety.

When are the Republicans going to come out and call Gore for what he is and throw the gloves off? When? Where is Trent Lott or Dennis Hastert?

According to the latest recount numbers I saw (UPI, I think), Gore has picked up a net of 242 votes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Counting isn't done yet, but if those trends continue, I think he'll come extremely close to beating Bush, even without the disputed dimpled, torn or otherwise defective ballots. I still think it's over - and we've lost this one.
