Take 1 thing in mind.

These are bullet "engineers". Not exactly NASA engineers, or Honda engineers.

It sounds like huge improvements, but its called marketing. We already have bullets for decades that are so good, you can shoot holes through holes at 100, and the size of a golf ball at 600 yards.

It can't be improved much, due to not shooting in vacuum.

And in a vacuum there is no overturning drag from air so bullets don't precess to point into the trajectory path. So your long range holes will all be vertically oblong, complicating scoring.
