Denied in colorado

One thing to consider, if the License is or was suspended at the time of the app/nics check, You have to have Valid ID, a suspended license is not considered valid ID. Also for different address, It is my understanding from working in a gun shop, albiet in NJ, that the ID must have your current address. Maybe this is why, maybe not, have to wait and see what they say. Good luck though.

Or maybe Colorado just denies people knowing full well that they should not, kind of like insurance companies do with claims that they know they should pay, hoping that most will not appeal. Maybe they are under some order from someone with an agenda......:eek:
