Pistol
Because I can no longer take the recoil, or pack the weight of a rifle, I now shoot a pistol. My choice was to upgrade my T.C. Contender. After a month at Bullberry Barrel Work's, I now have a 30/30. 15inch barrel, muzzle break, 3x9 Nikon BDC scope, and custom wood. I have only owned it about three month's. At first sight, it was almost spooky. Was'nt sure my shoulder and neck would take the recoil. To my surprise, the recoil is very light.I reload for it, and the result's are amazing to me. I shoot a 1.85 inch group at 100 yds. from the bench. To me, I never dreamed a 30/30 pistol would accomplish this. Needless to say, I am very happy with it.
