I'd go with the 5 shot.

In that case save your breath next time. I wasn't talking to you.
30 feet is easily ten times further than the effective range of my two shot derringer.( a Davies also)not me, good luck with that knife at 30ft.
I've already had a shot bounce off a piece of plywood I fired into @ a couple of feet and come back at me.

10 times further than your effective range...10times?..... really? Sounds likes you need some more practice. I can easily keep em in a pie plate at 30ft....45ft on a good day.

Ten times the effective range of the two shot Davies.
I have no problems hitting what I want when the gun is up to the shot.
The gun has issues.
It won't stabilize a bullet from one of the barrels and they tumble as soon as the exit.
The 3/4" plywood was just a good sized piece of CDX in the garage.
