Ammo is shipped across the country and bullets will never go on. You jogging doesn't cause a fraction of the vibration and shock that ammo would see on a truck drivign across the country.
Much like the mounted troop comment above, think about all the revolvers carried by cops in the US in foot chases. 40,000 or so in NYPD for almost a hundred years alone. It ain't gonna go off.
Unless you run with your finger on the revolver's trigger or jog with the loaded gun in your fist like the nitwit woman in AK who got into a big scandal, you should be okay.

PS: I would include a Quik strip or Bianchi Speed Strip too & wear reflective outfits!
I don't like it, it sounded scary, you can hear the ammo rattling on the frame. I just stick to my p938 and its good. The revolver was like tapping the cases on a table for 15 mins.
