Ok, here it is...my computer is very old and funky, and when I go online, the screen is off-center so that the top and left side are cut off. I've tried to move it using the mouse, I've tried adjusting the monitor itself-to no avail. When I click on the link here, however, a new window opens which is centered. I hit stop, minimize it, close the old window, maximize the new window, and proceed.
