That is a Czech lion. The King Michael and King Carol crests are Romanian and look different, Micheal is a cross with crowns at the ends, King Carol is this a wreath with a crown.

Most of those were scrubbed by the communists after the war.

Socialists are always so uncultured, vandals when you get right down to it.

I once owned a K-31, and plan to own another. They are real stand-outs among the obsolete military firearms. Beautiful and accurate.
