I'm a huge fan of the CZ-75 and early last spring I finally bought a PCR. I was looking for a 9mm for EDC and considered that my CZ-75B never let me down once, so maybe a compact '75 should be the way I go. The PCR has the alloy frame so it was the natural choice.
The very week I bought it, I took it to the range and shot 500 rounds through it with zero problems. I then ran about 500 rounds each of 124gr Speer Gold Dots and Federal HSTs to verify reliability for carry. Expensive, but now I know I can trust the gun completely.
I love the gun. It's now my favorite of my entire collection. It's so easy to shoot that I rarely shoot my full size '75B anymore. I was not a fan of decockers, but I like the one on the PCR. it drops the trigger down to half cock, so your first shot is not a full DA like a standard '75B would be.
I carry the PCR every day in a Kholster full moon and it's very comfortable as well as comforting.
I also agree with the OP about the grips.
