I'm another one of those that has both. I'd suggest for you to buy the Mak first.
The CZ-52 is just for fun and due to the limited ammo available locally, it comes out to play about 20% of the time the Mak comes out.
I paid $200 for my EG Mak a few years ago, which is probably a bit high. However, I now think I brought home more than $200 worth of gun, so there's no buyer's remorse.
Shortly after, I paid $130 for a original Grey CZ-52 in excellent condition. In hindsight, think I paid about the right amount.
