Lets bump this up again!

Here is my little Stevens 200 I built.

Sharp Shooter Supply provided the Competition trigger, SS recoil lug, Tactical bolt handle, and metal trigger guard. Sin Arms 20" #3 contour, recessed target crown, 1:12 twist barrel chambered in 6X47 Rem. Factory stock finished in Krylon forest green.

Yes, that's an old Pedersoli Slver Star custom made for me in Italy in non-existant .50 Cal. too.

Springfield 1903A3 in .338-06, 24" fluted Lilja barrel, 2.5-8X36 Leupold VX-III scope. I purchased this rifle used as well, but it was built by HTC rifles same as my .25-06 at the top.

This is my favorite deer/hog rifle. I've finally got it just like I want it.

Savage Model 11 refinished in Roguard with NP3 on the trigger group.
Barrel: PAC-NOR .338 Federal, 1:10 twist, three groove.

Creeker,

I've got other rifles I like to hunt with but I have to slap my hand away from this one! I've got lots of confidence in the .338 Federal. My hunting buddies started calling me "One Shot Johnny" because of this rifle - and that's a good thing (especially when hunting feral hogs!)

mpolk, who made the stock you used on the Marlin and Weatherby? I like the open grip that they have. My favorite is the Marlin's classic style comb, as I don't like the looks of the Monte Carlo stocks as well.

I really like that, very clean lines. I just may need a .308 bolt gun.:cool:
